Open Position: HVAC Technician
Role Overview
As an HVAC Technician, you’ll install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems for residential customers. You’ll diagnose problems, perform repairs, and educate homeowners on their options—all while representing our company with professionalism and care.
What You’ll Do
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and document work performed
- Follow all safety and compliance standards
- Deliver excellent customer experiences every time
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC trade school a plus)
- 2+ years of HVAC experience preferred
- EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- A team-player mindset with good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
