Each maintenance visit includes:
- a system checkup with a Report Card to review system functions and a comparison with any previous data to determine unit health
- Review of the Report Card & it’s indications with the homeowner
- Review of any recommendations
How much does A comfort club membership cost?
We have three different HVAC maintenance plans to help you care for your system.
- Our CCM Essentials is $129/year per system
- Our CCM Premium is $199/year per system
- Our CCM Ultimate is $399/year per system
The prices vary based on what’s included. We do have discounts if you have more than one system in your home.

DO I really need HVAC Maintenance?
Yes. heating and AC maintenance should be done in each cycle to help with the efficiency of your system, to help foresee potential repairs needed soon, and as a guarantee that your warranty will stay valid from the manufacturer.
Routine maintenance like the CCM plan helps to:
- Keep the unit in good shape
- Perform the regular checkups required by some warranties
- Keep an eye out for upcoming repairs/replacements
- Keep the unit clean & free of debris which could impact it’s performance & longevity
- Reduce stress of a homeowner not knowing when their system might need a replacement. We keep a pulse on it for them so they don’t have to worry. We’ll monitor it and let them know of any upcoming service(s), as much as is possible. (We’re not psychics)
How long will it take?
Each maintenance visit will take about an hour. We call or text you at the appropriate time of year to schedule your maintenance visit. Then on the day of, we text you before we arrive and our Home Service Nerd will perform your maintenance and review the report card with you.
